Here is how it works: Consumer confirms the app registration by accepting the validation email. Consumer clicks on the app. Deals appear on the app only when the consumer nears or is inside a participating store. Consumer selects the deals they wish to use on that shopping trip and before the time expires. At the register, the clerk scans the cart page. The consumer receives the savings.
